Part of the "Latin Music Legends" series, this Forever stamp celebrates the enduring legacy of Selena. The First Day of Issue ceremony was held in Austin, Texas. Selena was a trailblazing artist who brought Tejano music to a mainstream audience. Her charismatic performances and chart-topping albums made her one of the most successful Latin artists of her time. Tragically, her life was cut short at the age of 23, but her music and influence continue to resonate with fans around the world. The stamp, featuring a vibrant portrait by Rafael Lopez, captures the energy and joy she brought to her music.
