Prompt

Animate the 2011 Ronald Reagan stamp while strictly preserving its original oil painting style. Do not add any new elements or change the scene. First, make the President's head turn very slightly toward the viewer with a grand, warm smile forming. Second, give his eyes a playful sparkle and a subtle blink. Gently animate the brushstrokes in the background to shimmer slightly, highlighting the textured, painterly aesthetic of the original stamp.
