Prompt

Animate the 1968 Illinois Sesquicentennial stamp while strictly preserving its original graphic art style. Do not add any new elements or change the scene. First, animate the golden grain stalks in the foreground to wave playfully in a sweeping wind. Second, have the clouds in the sky sweep quickly across the eky as a storm blows them at an accelerated pace. Grandly transition the sky's hue from a light daytime blue to a deeper shade of dusk to highlight the state's historical passage of time.
