Prompt

Make the American flag wave vigorously, with its red and white stripes undulating smoothly. The mountain below stays rock-solid, but the blue sky behind the flag slowly shifts, suggesting passing time. Add a subtle, grand lighting sweep over the presidential faces, as if a spotlight is moving across them. The animation must strictly keep the classic, engraved look of the original issue.
